Why it's important to start teaching your child the alphabets at a very young age

----
Are you worried about your child's early development? Unsure about what you should be and should not be teaching him/her? Although we don’t give advice on what to do, or what not to do, we do literate the importance of why your child should know the alphabet from a young age. Many people cannot remember a time when they did not know the alphabet, but we all had to learn it at some point in our lives.
----
You see, recognition of letters is a fundamental and crucial part of learning how to read. Without being able to recognize letter sounds and looks, children will struggle to recognize words, especially new and unfamiliar or difficult words. Research has long supported that teaching your children letter recognition is directly related to success, problem solving, independence, ability to learn and act, and more important life skills all humans must develop to be able to function in society.

The alphabet is the building blocks of language, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding one another. In order to be able to do all such things, your child must be able to recognize each letter, in and out of order, as well as the sound associated with each particular letter. Once provided with the knowledge, your child is well on his/her way to reading literacy, understanding questions, and problems, and how to solve them.
----
Now, before you go and give your 2 year old toddler a master class on the alphabet and a grade 12 English degree, you have to understand that it will be very difficult at first to even teach them one letter, let alone all 26 at once. So we recommend you simply concentrate on a few letters at a time, this way you can let your child hear, see, and experience that/those letters in different ways. One common teaching pattern most parents do, is teach their child how to spell and say their name first.
----
Scientists, and doctors recommend using learning tools such as physical learning blocks, or cut outs, and even books with visuals and practice sections that utilize 3-D aspects like visual aid, touch, sound, and more, to help engage your child in using the letters in more ways than one. This process is made extremely easy and accessible through the use of the Magic Ink Alphabet Handwriting Book
